White Chicken Chili + Cornbread

We start by roasting pastured and local chicken bones from our friends at Bristol Haven Farm, and make a chicken stock after an entire day of simmering with local veggies. This chili will also feature local beans from Firefly Farms, sweet potatoes, and peppers. On the side, you will find a wedge of our buttermilk cornbread. The soup is gluten-free, but the cornbread is not.
